The Two of cups Defined
In Hindi, the meaning of the word Namaste can be translated to “The sacred in me acknowledges the sacred in you”. When this greeting is said, you bring your hands flat together (like praying) over the third eye chakra, bring them down to your heart chakra, while bowing. This is due to their belief that the divine spark lives within the heart chakra.
