The King of Cups Defined
Intuitive, mature, controlled, passionate and devout; this King has complete control over his emotions with his logic. This king wears his heart on his sleeve, and while he does not often join the merriment with his family it brings him great joy. Love is the longest heart string he has and it’s the strongest muscle. The love for his family is his will to live, without them his heart would simply stop beating. All his values and everything he knows all comes down to them.
Due to the heavy weight of his knowledge, this he can be calculating and manipulative. The amount of emotional knowledge this individual holds is terrifying, he can bend a heart with a simple turn of phrase. Which, he has zero shame in doing. They can find it hard to let go of the past and remembers every single hurt and betrayal. Part of this king is Self-destructive, and may make decisions contrary to his own needs, sacrificing it all for his loyalties. This will be part of his demise in his end, but he will die one of the most loved and honored men in the world.
Meaning
Someone you are dealing with does not seem like they have as much authority as they do, due to their peaceful natures. It could be someone who dictates the final call, or the CEO and you wouldn’t even know it.
This is a time for emotional restraint, and to approach this in a calm diplomatic approach. Whether people are looking to you to be the lighthouse in the storm or waiting for you to blow up it is prudent that you don’t. Create calm clarity in your mind and remind yourself that nothing can sway the foundation you’ve built yourself on. It’s a time to consider others, and to heal them with generosity and love. Just be mindful to balance the needs of others with your own.
